Fun With Silver Sneakers!

I have been wanting to become a Silver Sneakers instructor for the past couple of years.  I'm happy to say that the trainer workshops were finally taught in my town.  I am now certified in the Circuit class and the new Stability class.  I am hoping to find a local gym to teach either of these classes.
